Flourite is a specially developed porous gravel based on clay, created for aquariums with rich vegetation, although it is also suitable for other types of tanks. The best results gives Flourite use as the only type of substrate, although it can also be mixed with other pebbles. The use of modifying additives, such as Laterite, is not necessary. In contrast to other companies' products, Flourite does not have to be exchanged. It is not covered with no chemical substances and therefore does not change the water.
Although Flourite is already pre-washed, it is recommended to rinse it to remove the accumulated dust.
