Shipping your package
Packages are usually dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and delivered within 48 hours. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be sent via Colissimo and delivered against signature. Whatever the delivery method chosen, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your package.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
