Article 1 - Scope

In case of order to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the relevant products.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes are likely to be payable. They will be borne and fall under the customer's sole responsibility.
Article 2 - Price

Prices are expressed in euros, HT and TTC.

The payment requested from the customer is the total amount of the purchase, including these fees.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS

Article 4 - Terms of payment
The price is paid by secure payment, as follows: payment by credit card and Paypal.
The price is payable cash by the customer, in full on the day of the pages of the order.

Article 5 - Deliveries
The products ordered by the customer will be delivered in metropolitan France or in the following areas: Europe and remainder of the world.
Deliveries occur within 4 to 8 days for Europe and 5 to 11 days for the rest of the world at the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the site. For large products, additional time applies
The delivery is made by the transfer to the customer of the physical possession or the control of the product. Except in particular or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered at one time.
The seller undertakes to make his best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the customer within the specified above time.
If the ordered products have not been delivered within 14 days after the indicative date of delivery, for any other cause that the force majeure or the fact of the customer, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the Customer under the conditions laid down in Articles L 216-2, the 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the customer will then be returned at the latest within fourteen days of the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or retained.
In the case of a particular request of the client concerning the packaging or transport conditions of the ordered products, duly accepted in writing by the seller, the costs associated thereto shall be subject to additional specific billing, on the quotation previously accepted in writing by the customer.
The customer is required to check the status of the products upon receipt. In case of damaged parcels, it must formulate specific reserves from the carrier or deny the delivery. Article 6 - Transfer of ownership

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

Article 8 - Seller's liability - Guarantees
The products provided by the seller benefit:

Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code

The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the charged rate and the return fee will be reimbursed upon presentation of the supporting documents.
