Thanks to the contents of the bacteria, the nitrification process begins almost immediately - you do not have to wait for the medium. Life Bio Filep should be placed in a sumpe in a good water flow. 1000 ml medium should be used in a 400 l aquarium. Every 6 weeks, we recommend exchanging 10-20% of the cartridge to refresh the bacterial population.
