Flourish Phosphorus:

• It is a safe solution (4500 mg of phosphates per liter) potassium phosphate, enabling accurate dosing of this substance.
• In contrast to other similar products, containing a mixture of nitrate and phosphates, FLOURISH PHOSPHORUS allows to administer phosphorus in an amount of optimal for plants without the risk of increasing nitrate levels.
• Used according to the recommendations accelerates the growth of water plants.
• It is recommended to use with Flourish Nitrogen and Flourish potassium.

Flourish phosphorus It does not contain nitrogen, which allows increasing the phosphorus level without the risk of increasing the concentration of nitrates.

How to use:

• Beginner: 2.5 ml (half nuts) for every 80 liters of the tank capacity, once or twice a week, depending on your needs. Phosphorus deficiency is manifested, among others, inhibition of growth and a dark green coloring of the shoots.
• Advanced: The dose recommended for beginner aquarists increases the phosphorus level by 0.05 mg / l (0.15 mg / L for phosphates). The optimal level of this element can vary depending on the planting of the aquarium with plants, but most often varies between 0.15 and 1.0 mg / l. It is recommended to check the level of phosphates using a suitable test. In obtaining the correct phosphorus level, the following pattern may be helpful: 0.2VP = M, wherein V = volume of the tank in liters, p = planned increase in phosphorus level, M = volume of Flourish phosphorus. For example, if we want to increase phosphorus to 0.1mg / L in a 80 liter tank, we must add 0.2x80x0.1 = 1.6 ml of the preparation.
