The water flowing through the Sterilizer UV AS sterilizer should be filtered mechanically by the initial filter. Sterilizer UV AS (models 5, 9 and 11 W) can only be installed outside the aquarium. Power it with a pump or aquarium filter. Transparent connections allow connection of hoses with different diameters.

In addition, some of the pumps and Aquael aquarium filters are adapted to directly connect or install the sterilizer lamp in the filter housing.
