Blades are made of rolled sheet - from innovative, martensitic Stainless steel nitrumreg with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The handles are made of polypropylene that is injected directly on the stem, which increases the durability of joining. The surface of the handles is slightly rough, which prevents slipping knives from the hand. The knife is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
