Tropic Marin Pro-Coral Kalk 800g

Calcium hydroxide with the highest purity for the classic lime water according to Wilkens. Corals, in particular hard corals, require calcium and bicarbonate ions to grow and create skeletons, therefore, their regular addition is very important.

How to use:

Add one spoon by measuring (10 ml) Tropic Marin® Pro-Coral Kalk to 5 liters of reversed water osmosis and mix.

NOTE: Not to be aerated! When the insoluble lime is slowly, start the remaining clear solution to the tank (preferably drilled in place of strong circulation). Daily prepare fresh lime water. Water that evaporated from the aquarium, you can replace with limestone every day.

When filling the tank to the solution, check that the pH level does not exceed 8.4, as this can lead to precipitation.

Limestone water should be added shortly after switching off the lighting, because then the pH in the tank is the lowest.

The pH level should not fall below 7.9.
