Triton Trace Carbon Coal 5000 ml

Coal activated is recommended for many different reef maintenance systems, and Triton is not different. Physical carbon properties allow you to absorb pollutants, along with other scents and colors causing contamination in the water pole. High-quality coal has a very low dust content and quickly rinses.

Instructions:

Triton Activated Carbon should be rinsed in water in water before use to remove any particles and loose particles before use. Add 1000 ml on the capacity of the tank to the reactor with an increased flow or bag with the media in a place with a high flow rate in the oil sump. The carbon reactor should not rotate or move. Coal should be removed and exchanged every 4-6 weeks or if necessary.

Average carbon has a lifespan of 2-4 weeks and depends on the number of contaminants removed. If you notice the discoloration of water or any fragrances, this is a good sign that your coal is exhausted and should be changed. We recommend changing coal before noticing any discoloration or odors.
