Almg5 aluminum wire, which includes 5% magnesium, is one of the most widely used welding aluminum alloys.

It is used to weld Al-Mg alloys, in marine constructions and where high strength, impact strength and corrosion resistance are required.

ALMG5 wire provides greater resistance to cracking than a lower magnesium wires.
