AquaForest MG Lab 2000ml

A highly concentrated solution that raises the magnesium level in marine aquariums. MG Plus was created to compensate for emergency declines and deficiencies of this element. Magnesium is necessary for the proper development of corals. A suitable level of magnesium in water provides more effective recovery of calcium through the corals. A reduced magnesium level may cause inability to maintain the correct calcium level and too low pH. The recommended level of magnesium in reef aquariums is 1180 - 1460 mg / l (PPM).

Dosage:

10 ml of solution raises the Mg level by 10 mg / l (ppm) in 100 l of water. Dosage should be determined based on water tests and daily corals consumption. Remember that the maximum safe daily dose is 100 ml for 100 liters of water. If a greater dose is required, break it for a few days. Before using the preparation, it is recommended to measure the magnesium concentration in water. We do not recommend raising the magnesium level by more than 100 ppm per day. Before trying to raise or correct the level of calcium and alkalinity, we recommend that the magnesium level falls within the recommended range.
