GHL MitraS LX 7200

Mitras® LX 7 is the latest Lamp series from GHL - Ultra Strong light with full spectrum (maximum 195W), which ensures natural living colors (CRI> 95) and uniform lighting without the DISCO effect.

Lamps are equipped with an innovative system - GHL Power Balancing Technology® - thanks to which the maximum power of the diodes can be divided between individual channels.

Thanks to extremely high levels of photosynthesis performance, Mitras® LX 7000 is a series of lamps unique on the lighting market.

As with previous Mitras® LX 6000 models, light quality was obtained through a very precise selection of Mounted LEDs.

The lamp has been developed and produced in Germany, using the latest LED technology prosters.

Compared to conventional lighting technologies, the LX 7 series lamp can save about 50% of energy costs per year.

Mitras LX 7 (LX 7000 and LX 7200) creates the perfect light spectrum so for freshwater and marine aquariums.

Full lighting spectrum Ensuring very high fotosynthesis performance, thus stimulating lush growth of plants and coral.

LEDs work on the highest efficiency while lowering the maximum power consumption (which significantly lengthens their lifetime).

Mitras LX 7 contains a larger number of LEDs, with reduced power and maximum efficiency.
You can choose between 2 operation modes: High Output mode (maximum light stream) and High Efficiency mode (good high-performance lighting stream)

Instead of using typical LED lenses that cause light losses, we use special, metal coated high-performance headlamps made of the same materials as those used for space technology. This leads to maximizing light performance, better light dispersion and to optimal color mix. The headlamps are designed in such a way as to imitate the efficiency of metallohalogy headlamps and reflect 99% of light. This allows not only to obtain maximum light efficiency but also a significantly increased penetration.

The innovative cooling system (active, passive and controlled by the microprocessor) provides reliable protection against overheating for the maximum brightness of the LED and especially long lifetime (> 80,000 hours).

Active cooling takes place through extremely quiet and efficient fans with controlled performance. The fan speed depends on the temperature and are automatically adjusted.
Passive cooling takes place via an aluminum heat sink with a seaweed resistant coating according to DIN 81249-1.
If, despite 100% of fans, the temperature is still increasing followed by the microprocessor automatic reduction in lighting intensity as protects the lamp against overheating. When the temperature is stabilized, the lamp's power returns to the previous settings (this takes place in order to not cause stress in animals)
 

Similarly to the previous versions of Mitras LX 7 lamps has enormous opportunities in the field of power and selection of lighting color.

All 9 LED channels are controlled separately in a maximum of 4000 steps.
