Application and Curing Instructions
Apply a thin layer of the Claresa Neon 12 varnish over a previously cured Claresa hybrid base. Cure under a UV or LED lamp according to the lamp's wattage, repeating the process for a second coat if desired. Finish by applying and curing Claresa top coat to protect the manicure.
