The Nghia export cuticle clippers C-02 jaw 12 (5 mm) are professional cuticle nippers made of cobalt steel. Featuring a box joint connection and one-sided spring, they are designed to provide precise cutting with durability.
These nippers have a 5 mm jaw size and are crafted from cobalt steel to ensure strength and accurate cutting. The jaws are joined using a box joint method that minimises wear and reduces the possibility of slack, maintaining precision over time.
The handle is specially profiled for precision, convenience and comfort. The one-sided spring is made of stainless steel and mounted on a screw, enabling smooth opening action.
The clippers can be sterilized and disinfected by chemical, thermal or autoclave methods. Autoclave sterilization is performed at 121 °C for 15 minutes or at deactivation temperatures of 132-134 °C under 3 bar pressure.
Improper sterilization or chemical disinfection, such as using excessively strong solutions or prolonged exposure, can damage the steel, causing discoloration, pitting or corrosion. Care should be taken to follow chemical disinfectant manufacturers’ guidelines.
