1. Disinfect your and the client's hands thoroughly with an antiseptic liquid and prepare your workspace.
2. Shape the natural nails using an appropriate gradation file, gently buff the plate with a polishing block, and groom cuticles if necessary.
3. Apply gel or acrylic gel to the concave side of the dual form.
4. Press the dual form onto the natural nail, ensuring correct positioning.
5. Cure the extension under a UV or LED lamp, adjusting curing time as required by the product.
6. Remove the dual form carefully, file the nail to the desired shape, and finish with a hybrid nail polish or top coat.
