Tropic Marin Pro-reef salt

It was created on the basis of the basic Tropic Marin® SALT salt. Its composition was modified, however, so that this product would better meet the requirements of advanced aquarists. In modern reef aquariums, particularly intended for hard corals, important factors is the amount of lime and magnesium and the balance between these two elements. Tropic Marin® Pro-REEF meets the sharpest requirements that can be placed in this angle. This salt also improves the buffering and stability of the water pH. These are significant features in tanks provided with lime dispensing systems such as limestone reactors.

IMPORTANT FOR LIFE Microelements

Like Tropic Marin® Sea Salt, the Pro-REEF salt contains all 70 micronutrients naturally occurring in the oceans. Thanks to the unique technology of mixing salt crystals, microelements are completely soluble in water. This technology counteracts the frequently founding phenomenon of precipitation of microelements for dry-soluble sludge. This enables marine organisms to download them from water without simultaneously downloading synthetic stabilizers. Only Tropic Marin® salt is produced using the unique "Mixed Crystals" technology.
