What is the ACO Heavy Series from the usual ACO other manufacturers?

Heavy Series ACO has the same proven and simple engine construction. However, slightly other materials were used for the production of individual and the key elements.

The piston is made of thermoplastic materials, constantly adjusting its volume to the engine shapes, where there may be distorted at only 0.1m at high temperatures. Despite these small changes in the volume of metal, with the income of the temperature, the piston fills the cylinder tightly, maintaining the highest work efficiency.

The cylinder and movable elements are made of highly durable aluminum alloy ZL102. The use of this more expensive, compared to materials from ordinary ACO, has noticeably influenced the volume of work, efficiency, and above all the strength of the device.

Engine lubricating:

In Heavy Series ACO, the windows of the engine oil, lubricants, etc. The use of artificial grease is not effective at a greater interval, as it can be easily used. Instead, the wall of the cylinder and the piston are highly polished. The finish is real and does not artificially reduce friction, while affecting the operating temperature and the current consumption.
