The Barbicide spray is a ready-to-use disinfectant liquid designed for professional surface disinfection in beauty salons, hairdressing salons, solariums, spas, fitness centres, and various parlours including massage, manicure, pedicure, and tattoo establishments. This 5-litre refill uses quaternary ammonium compounds without ethanol, aldehydes or phenols.
The spray effectively inactivates bacteria including staphylococci such as MRSA, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus hirae, tuberculosis-causing Mycobacterium, Escherichia coli; fungi such as Candida albicans; and viruses including BVDV, vaccinia, HIV (AIDS), H1N1, HBV, and HCV (hepatitis B and C).
Formulated without aldehydes and phenols, the spray is safe for use without causing allergic reactions or irritation. It can be applied safely on various surfaces and tools including acrylic (used in solariums), stainless steel, ceramics, plastic, as well as combs, brushes, rollers, straighteners, curlers, scissors, electrical appliances, couches, armchairs, washbasins, furniture, floors, and other cosmetic or hairdressing accessories.
Spray the surface with Barbicide preparation and allow it to remain wet for at least 1 minute; 3 minutes is recommended for complete disinfection before wiping. For surfaces with mechanical dirt, it is advisable to first clean with Barbicide disinfectant wipes, then apply the spray.
