GHL Doser 2.2

GHL Doser 2.2 Stand Alone has an integrated control electronics and works alone. Its 24 V step motors allow precise dosing even at the lowest flow rate (0.1 ml). The device is conveniently supported from a smartphone or computer. The connection is possible via WIF and USB.

One GHL Doser 2.2 SA is able to control 3 additional GHL extension dispensers (GHL Doser 2.2 Ext or GHL Doser Maxi 2.1 / 2.2 Ext) and thus can be extended to the dispensing system with a total 16 pumps.

The professional CAN bus system provides reliable and interference from all network devices.

Illuminated LED logo GHL on the housing cover serves as a status indicator. Different colors show at first glance the state of your system.

Each pump can be controlled manually using the buttons on the front panel. This allows quick dispensing, emptying the venting tube or suction fluids.

Dispensing pumps 2.2 are largely maintenance-free. In order to obtain optimal performance, we recommend periodic cleaning and removal of dust and other pollutants from the inside of the pumps.

Pumps must never be lubricated in any way! Pipes, pumps and engines are consumable parts, their lifetime depends on the frequency of use, flow volume and environmental conditions. In the event of malfunction (eg insufficient flow, loss of pouring, leak, increased noise during operation) or mechanical damage, replace consumers. Thanks to the maintenance-friendly construction, all consuming parts can be easily replaced.
