Inserts made of sintered activated carbon that removes from water from 98% to 99% free chlorine, chloropathic solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons (improve the taste and smell of water), as well as up to 85% Pesticides of chloropooling, multyaromatic compounds, phenol, benzene and organic substances.
Sintered carbon has a much larger specific surface, as well as the number of active centers, thus approx. 25% greater usable productivity with respect to other carbon inserts. In addition, it is possible to filtrate mechanical pollutants with a grain size up to 3 μm. Cartridges are especially recommended for surface water treatment.
The cartridge is intended for the treatment of cold drinking water.
Inserts used as standard in most homely drinking water treatment systems - kitchen filters, reversed osmosis systems, nanofiltration systems. Before first use, we recommend soak in water for about 1 hour or rinse with water for a few minutes.
Recommended flow - up to 6 liters per minute.
Inserts should not be used for water polluted with microbiologically and unknown origin. In order to extend the viability, install the housing with a mechanical contamination in a carbon insert.
Advantages of carbon cartridges:
- remove up to 99% free chlorine from water
- They remove organic pollution
- Fenol and benzene remove from water
- remove up to 85% of chloropathic pesticides
- remove mechanical impurities (rust, squeaks, mules, suspensions) to the size of 3 μm grains
- They improve the taste and smell of water
