IP65 protection degree
Magnetic valves have IP65 protection, i.e. they are protected against spraying water. However, in the case of a constant installation outside, the valves are recommended in the protective casing. They are not suitable for use under water.
Working pressure
All magnetic valves require a minimum pressure to start. These semi-directional valves require at least 0.1 bar. The maximum pressure is 10 bar.
Filter installation
To avoid problems with the valve, we recommend installing a filter when particles are in water. If the valve can not completely close or open, it is usually caused by pollutants inside the valve. In this case, open the valve and clean the internal parts.
Flow direction
Please note that an arrow indicating the direction of assembly or flow is on the bottom of the magnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve can only be mounted in the given flow direction. Installation in the opposite direction leads to the electromagnetic valve not working properly.
Connectors
Two types of connections are available for this valve:
Keep in mind that the labels from the left and right side can be assigned to letters L (+) or N (-). The third spindle (in the middle of the upper or lower side) is connected to the ground / protective ground.
Work cycles
It is normal that the electromagnetic valves heat up after a longer period of use (up to about 80 ° C). Do not worry, our spool can withstand the maximum temperature of 180 ° C. This valve supports a continuous operation of 100%, but we do not recommend continuous continuous operation. It shortens the life of the valve and can burn the coil.
