Cooler for the Wiesenfield Pellet It will allow you to cool the granulate to continue to process it or store it. With a capacity of 250 - 300 kg / h, even large amounts do not constitute a problem and can be made in a short time to 5Deg C above room temperature. In addition, the radiator separates the pellets from dust and residue with a diameter less than 4 mm. In this way, a hardened, cool and clean pellet can be obtained, which is ideal for further processing. The pellet cooler consists of two teams. The cooling unit is equipped with a unique sliding valve and an effective emptying module that provides a liquid processing process. Perforated steel drum rotates at 1400 rpm in a solid, reducing steel housing noise. This reduces the temperature of the pellet in the radiator in a minute. Dust and other residues are directed through the extraction to the second device assembly where they are collected. This allows not only to obtain a clean pellet, but also to re-use the residues collected. Both teams are connected to two flexible hoses. For safe operation, the pellet cooler is equipped with overheating protection and an emergency switch.
