The Lafomed Premium Line LFSS23AA LCD autoclave is a Class B medical autoclave designed for sterilisation of invasive medical devices. It is suitable for hospital wards, dental and ophthalmological practices, and biological research institutes, capable of sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes, and both packaged and unpackaged solid and porous items according to EN 13060:2004+A2:2010 standards.
This autoclave is classified as Class B, supporting effective sterilisation of both unpackaged and packaged instruments. It features seven sterilisation programmes designed for various load types and temperatures, including a prion sterilisation cycle. Cycle durations range from 7 minutes at 134°C for fast sterilisation to 29 minutes for prion sterilisation.
Designed to prevent cross-contamination, the device adheres to medical standards. It is also suitable for certain non-medical and veterinary applications but is not intended for sterilising liquids.
The autoclave offers intuitive operation via an LCD display with a Polish language interface. It includes preheating, temperature maintenance, and autostart scheduling functions. A built-in thermal printer prints cycle results without ink, and data can be saved digitally to a USB stick.
Safety features comprise a self-diagnostic system, water quality sensor, double door lock mechanism (mechanical and electronic), and a replaceable high-quality bacterial filter. The chamber is made from durable 304 stainless steel.
Operating at 230 V and 1950 W, the autoclave reaches a maximum temperature of 137 ℃ and pressure up to 0.23 MPa. Its 23-litre chamber measures 25 cm in diameter and 40 cm in depth, suitable for dental, hairdressing, and similar applications.
The device is CE 1023 and ISO 13485 certified and complies with BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018 standards. It comes with a 24-month warranty, extendable by 12 months following a technical inspection at an authorised service centre.
