The Woson New Tanco 8L Type D with Printer is a Class B medical autoclave designed for sterilising medical and cosmetic instruments in professional environments such as beauty salons, nail styling salons, tattoo studios, hospitals, and clinics.
This Class B autoclave supports sterilisation of a wide variety of instruments including wrapped and unpackaged items, uniform, indented Type A, and porous loads. It uses fractionated pre-vacuum cycles to ensure effective sterilisation. Four specific sterilisation programs are available: Unpacked, Packed, Prion, and Porous, each with defined temperature, pressure, vacuum cycles, and cycle times.
Operation of the device requires qualified personnel trained in using this equipment to maintain safe and proper use.
The autoclave features a control panel with an LED display showing temperature, pressure, and cycle time during operation. It includes eight automatic programs: four sterilisation, two test programs (Vacuum Test, Bowie & Dick Test, Helix Test), an automatic pipe cleaning program, and a drying function.
A built-in thermal printer prints cycle data including date, time, temperature, and pressure. There is a USB port with an included memory stick for digital saving of results and a connector for an external printer. Built-in distilled and used water tanks facilitate operation, with distilled water quality monitoring.
A self-diagnostic system displays messages about errors such as door not properly closed or the need to empty or replace water, helping to prevent equipment damage.
The chamber is constructed from medical-grade stainless steel, measuring 251 x 137 x 132 mm. External dimensions are 545 x 382 x 375 mm. The device operates on 1600 W power with 220-240 V~, 50-60 Hz supply. Maximum operating temperature is 145°C and maximum pressure is 2.5 bar.
