This 12-litre medical Class B autoclave sterilises both packaged and unpackaged medical and non-medical instruments, supporting safety and operational efficiency.
The autoclave is designed to sterilise a wide range of instruments including porous, solid, packaged, unpackaged, and those with recesses or channels. It meets Medical Class B standards, enabling effective sterilisation through a fractionated pre-vacuum cycle for all instrument types.
The unit includes an LED control panel to select programmes and monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle time in real time. A built-in thermal printer provides physical records of sterilisation cycles showing date, time, temperature, and pressure changes. A USB port enables digital saving of sterilisation data for record keeping.
The autoclave comes with seven automatic programmes: five sterilisation and two test programmes (vacuum and B&D Helix tests). Parameters such as temperature, pressure, pre-vacuum ratio, sterilisation time, and drying time can be adjusted according to instrument type and packaging.
Built-in tanks for distilled and waste water streamline operation by removing the need for external containers. A self-diagnostic system alerts users to faults like door seal failure or sensor damage. After 300 sterilisation cycles, the device prompts an automatic cleaning programme lasting 15 to 20 minutes.
